Welcome to another great year in the Arts at CCSS!!
Our co-presidents this year are Amy Werry and Gillian Miehe.
Students interested in taking a leadership role in the arts are encouraged to volunteer with us. Council members can choose to be production crew members. These students are responsible for producing our school assemblies, arts night performances, music nights, and dance recitals. Council members can choose to participate in visual arts through the Art Club.
The Arts Council's mandate is to provide rich arts experiences for students in the arts at CCSS. The council is run by arts students for arts students, with guidance from the arts teachers. The council gives back to its students by sponsoring commencement awards in academics and commitment to the arts. It also supports field trips, guest speakers, and special arts initiatives in the school and community.
